Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping and packaging costs unless Order Guard was added at checkout.

To qualify for a refund or store credit, returned pieces must arrive in their original, sellable condition and will be inspected once received. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

To initiate a return, simply Start a Return within 30 days of receiving your order. If you prefer, you can also contact us with a brief explanation and photo proof of the item. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll promptly provide detailed return instructions to ensure a smooth and effortless process.

Order Guard is an optional checkout add-on that gives you free return shipping for 30 days and includes a 1-year product warranty, making your purchase easier to return and better protected over time.

All sale and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, even with Return Protection added at checkout. If your order includes a mix of sale and regular-priced pieces, only the regular-priced items may be returned under Return Protection. Sale items are only eligible for refund or replacement if they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is approved and the item is received in original, sellable condition, your refund is typically processed within 7–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Yes, store credit is available once your return is approved and may be used immediately toward your next purchase. Your store credit is non-expiring, offering you the flexibility to redeem it whenever inspiration strikes.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll gladly send a complimentary replacement to ensure your satisfaction is fully restored.
