Exhibitiv partners with trusted carriers to ensure your art arrives safely and on time.
All of our pieces are printed and prepared individually just for you. Because we don’t use mass production or hold inventory, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. This timeframe helps us ensure the highest possible quality in every print, frame, and finish.
During peak times such as holidays or promotional events, production may take a little longer. We do our best to communicate any unexpected delays and keep you updated on your order's progress.
After production is complete, your artwork will be shipped directly from our U.S.-based fulfillment partners. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout. Most orders arrive within 2 to 6 business days after they are produced.
We currently do not offer express or expedited shipping options. If you are ordering for a special event or deadline, we recommend placing your order early to allow enough time for both production and delivery.
We offer free international shipping to most countries. After your item is produced, international delivery typically takes between 10 to 20 business days depending on your location and your country’s postal system.
Some remote destinations or countries with strict customs processes may experience longer delivery times. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient. Exhibitiv is not responsible for any additional customs-related costs.

Every order includes tracking so you can follow your artwork's journey. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
In some cases, items may ship separately. For example, large or framed prints may be packaged individually for added protection. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update once the shipping confirmation is sent.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us right away. We can usually make updates before your order enters production or is shipped.
Once an item has been produced or shipped, we are no longer able to guarantee changes to the shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the item.
