All eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping and packaging costs unless Order Guard was added at checkout.
Returned items must arrive in their original, sellable condition and will be inspected upon receipt. Once approved, customers may choose between a refund or store credit. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Order Guard is an optional checkout add-on that includes free 30-day return shipping and a 1-year product warranty, giving you added flexibility and peace of mind with your purchase. If you choose to return an eligible item within 30 days, Order Guard covers the return shipping and packaging costs. This option must be selected at checkout and cannot be added after your order is placed.
The 1-year warranty covers qualifying product defects that may develop over time under normal indoor use. This includes issues affecting the canvas, print, frame, or overall construction of the piece, such as loosening, tearing, warping, separation, breakage, or other defects caused by materials or craftsmanship during the applicable warranty period.

For U.S. orders, contact us if there has been no tracking movement for 10 business days. For international orders, please reach out after 28 business days without updates. We will investigate and, once the issue is confirmed, provide a free replacement or refund.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, a refund or store credit will be issued.
All sale items and purchases made using a discount code are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If these items arrive damaged or incorrect, they are still eligible for a replacement. We may request photo proof in those cases.
Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in sellable condition, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
You may also choose store credit, which is issued faster and can be used immediately toward a future purchase.
