At Exhibitiv, your satisfaction means everything to us. While all of our products are made to order, we’ve built a fair and flexible returns and issue resolution process to make sure you're taken care of every step of the way.

Return Policy

For those who purchased Return Protection at checkout, we will cover the return shipping and packaging costs. If you did not add Return Protection, you are responsible for covering those costs yourself.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, sellable condition and will be inspected upon arrival. Once approved, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can approve the return and provide the correct instructions.

Return Protection

Return Protection is a small optional fee (2 percent of your total order) that you can add during checkout. If you opt in, you’ll be covered for return shipping costs and enjoy a faster, smoother resolution process. This option must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be added later.

Order Issues

If your order has not arrived or you believe it is lost, we’re here to help.

For U.S. orders, contact us if there has been no tracking movement for 10 business days. For international orders, please reach out after 28 business days without updates. We will investigate and, once the issue is confirmed, provide a free replacement or refund.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Sale and Discounted Items

All sale items and purchases made using a discount code are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If these items arrive damaged or incorrect, they are still eligible for a replacement. We may request photo proof in those cases.

Refunds and Store Credit

Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in sellable condition, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

You may also choose store credit, which is issued faster and can be used immediately toward a future purchase.
